High-quality, high-efficiency operation and management is an important guarantee for the sustainable, stable and healthy development of an enterprise. However, high-quality and high-efficiency operations are guaranteed by scientific and strict processes and system capabilities. Why does our sales performance fluctuate sharply when the market situation does not change much? It is our system's capacity that needs to be improved. Gone are the times when you rely on experience and make decisions based on your head. The fatigue tactics that rely on frequent overtime for physical strength will not work. You should master and use advanced management methods and tools to get twice the result with half the effort.


The construction and application of advanced processes and scientific system capabilities are led by our group management team. Senior management should change traditional thinking and concepts, establish a scientific development concept, and create a good atmosphere for the entire team building and leadership improvement; middle managers should strengthen learning, and good work aspirations alone are not enough. The rapid growth of the automobile market has greatly stimulated the enthusiasm for expansion of production companies. Oversupply in the market is inevitable. The profitability of vehicle sales is getting smaller and smaller, and we can only seek benefits from the automotive aftermarket. Therefore, the Group has strengthened the promotion of derivative business since last year and established the Derivative Business Division. Several major sectors of the derivative business have made considerable progress this year. But the space and potential are very large. I hope that the brand management teams will be aggressive, achieve new breakthroughs and break a new path.


The expansion of the group's scale seeks the overall effect of one plus one greater than two. Brand 45 stores, sales divisions and group branches, and the group's 45 stores with the same brand must proceed from the overall interests of the group, coordinate and unify, and grab more market share with competing brands and competitors, rather than internal friction. This is political discipline, not skill, and internal friction cannot be tolerated by the corporate culture of Huihua Group.
