In 2016, the Group took “transition of thinking, grasping the key points, breaking the key points, and seeking development” as its guiding ideology. However, restructuring is the foundation and soul of the guiding ideology. If this foundation is not firmly laid, the operation and management work will be ups and downs.


Through the half-year summary, we can clearly see that all general managers of units that achieve relatively good key performance indicators and have large growth rates have a strong sense of responsibility and enterprising spirit. The mentality is sunny and positive, and the goals set by themselves are challenging. This means that they don't need to raise their feet; open up new ways of thinking to enable them to continuously achieve self-transcendence. Derivative business indicators have achieved significant growth by leaps and bounds, and the service absorption rate of some units has reached 85%. This is an important guarantee and approach for the sustainable development of enterprises.


In contrast, the general managers of some units lack the necessary responsibilities. The target is low, and the salary of him and his team is naturally the "guacai generation". People eat meat and you drink soup. This vicious circle is very harmful to the company, managers and teams. Therefore, the group organized a large discussion on "emancipating the mind and changing concepts" in a month. There are 5 units that have made up lessons because of the big discussions. Through discussion, the management team’s ideological understanding was improved and unified, and the sense of responsibility was enhanced. Some old shops feel great responsibility for generating benefits, talents, management methods and experience, and their ideas and practices of self-sweeping their doors and ignoring others are very narrow, and are not commensurate with the platform status given by the group. At the same time, in conjunction with the large discussion, the management who is not enterprising, inaction, and acting indiscriminately will be notified and criticized, interviewed, demoted, and removed from management positions. It reversed the situation of heavy thunder and little rain. It touched everyone and served as a warning bell.


With the pace of global economic integration, China proposes to be a responsible major country. In modern society, people are becoming more and more dependent. Everyone is for me, and I am for everyone. The company is responsible to employees and society, and the management is also responsible to employees and the company, but also to the family. The sense of responsibility is the foundation of our life. Without the sense of responsibility, we will lose our spiritual backbone, and our abilities in other areas cannot be correctly and fully utilized. Irresponsibility will be abandoned by the team and society.
