The 2017 FAW-Volkswagen Quality Second-hand Car Business Skills Competition Northeast District semi-finals ended successfully on September 21 at the FAW-Volkswagen Training Center (Changchun). In order to enhance the core competence of internal personnel, and adhering to the brand tenet of "guarantee", "trust", "reliability" and "transparency", FAW-Volkswagen launched a business skills competition for the first time in quality used cars. A total of 27 dealers in the Northeast Region entered the semi-finals. Each dealer competed fiercely, and they were all competing for the 3 seats in the national finals.

This is the first time that FAW-Volkswagen has organized a used car competition. Volkswagen’s Shenyang store attached great importance to the competition information and carefully selected contestants. Every day after get off work, the used car director led the team to organize learning and exercises. The goal was to get the finals. The competition process was tense and intense. The first is the question and answer session in groups. In this session, the Volkswagen Shenyang store entered the top three competition with a full score. The following on-site drills will be more intense. In the end, Volkswagen Shenyang store won the first FAW-Volkswagen quality second-hand car business skills competition in the northeast region with the first overall score, and successfully entered the national finals. And will join the national finals in the Northeast District of FAW-Volkswagen on behalf of the other two short-listed dealers to launch an impact on the highest honor!
